Destemming, hot pre-fermentation maceration. Vatting for 15 days with temperature control.
Tasting
Cherry-red color with garnet highlights. Aromatic nose of very ripe red fruit: cherry, strawberry, redcurrant. Well-balanced on the palate, this wine is easy-drinking and greedy, with mellow tannins.
Cellar temperature
14° à 15°.
