Wine-making

Traditional, de-stemmed harvest, 15 to 18-day vatting period with temperature control and daily punching of the cap. No sulfites added, grapes and juice protected by neutral gas.

Tasting

Beautiful deep red color with garnet highlights, dense and limpid, revealing numerous thick tears on the glass. Intense nose with aromas of ripe fruit, morello cherries, prunes, mixed with spicy and stone notes. On the palate, a generous, supple wine with long-lasting aromas and silky, delicious tannins.
