Grape varieties:  
70% Grenache Noir, 30 % Syrah 
Soil type:  
Traditionnal vinification, destalking, left in the vat for between 6-7 days with a regulary controlled temperature, pumping over and fining etc…
9 months in oak barrels.
Tasting notes:  
Red wine with deep red appearance and garnet tinges. A discreet but elegant flavoured wine typical of the Grignan-les-Adhémar. Fruity red flavours particulary wild cherries and blackberries with a final note of pleasant oak, spices and bay leaves.
Ideal serving temperature :  
14° to 15° 
Serving suggestion :  
This wine suits particulary well with truffles from the region. It also accompanies typical Provencal dishes as well as grilled meat and cheeses.
