Vinification :
Destalking, fermented juice is drawn off the skins after a day or two in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
Tasting notes:
Light red appearance, clear and bright, rich and fruity aromas of red berries with garnet tinges. Red fruits flavours such as redcurrant, raspberry & blueberry. Well-balanced flavours supple and crisp.
Ideal serving temperature :
10° to 12°
Serving suggestion :
Served best as an aperitif or cocktail, to accompagny starters, salads, cold or grilled.
