Manuel wine harvest. Destalking, fermentation on the skins, slow extraction 15 days in a regulary temperature-controlled vat, with pumping over and fining etc…
Tasting notes:
Purply red wine with violets tinges, a deep and intense colour. Typical of the Syrah grape variety, the bouquet is discreet, first violet and peony aromas followed by black berry fruits. A very robust wine which lingers in the mouth, powerful, full-bodied, warm and almost tannic.
