Vinification :

Destalking, left in the vat for between 5-6 days with a regulary controlled temperature, pumping over and fining etc…Filtration and bottling.

Tasting notes:  

It’s a natural wine with a red cherry dress, with some aromas of black fruits and spices. In mouth, we have a very nice concentrated structure. The final is very long, complex, harmonious and rich.
