Destalking, maceration through skin contact followed by bladder pressing.
 
Tasting notes
 Light yellow appearance with tinges of green, clear and bright. Intense aromas of peach, apricot and dried fruits. A cool and refreshing wine in the mouth, supple and crips.
 
Ideal serving temperature :  
8° to 10°
  
Serving suggestion :  
Served best as an aperitif or  to accompany river fish, crawfishes, trout, pikeperch.
